1. The service and its relationship to Tiger Brokers

Finance Butler is an independently operated subscription service that provides educational investment research, market information, portfolio context, analytical tools, and related materials.

Daniel Phang is an investment representative for Tiger Brokers. That professional role is separate from Finance Butler. Finance Butler is not affiliated with, sponsored, endorsed, or approved by Tiger Brokers. Tiger Brokers does not provide, review, or assume responsibility for Finance Butler or its content. A Finance Butler account or subscription does not create a customer or advisory relationship with Tiger Brokers.

2. Educational information

The service is provided for general educational and informational purposes. Content, research, scenarios, calculations, market indicators, AI outputs, and reference levels are not personalised to your circumstances and are not a recommendation or instruction to buy, sell, hold, or otherwise transact.

Finance Butler does not execute transactions, hold customer assets, provide brokerage services, or manage your portfolio. You are responsible for evaluating information, verifying material facts, and making your own decisions. Consider obtaining advice from an appropriately licensed adviser about your circumstances.

3. Information, models, and third-party services

Information may come from public sources, third-party providers, user inputs, calculations, statistical models, or artificial intelligence. It may be delayed, incomplete, revised, unavailable, or inaccurate. Estimates and scenarios depend on assumptions and do not guarantee an outcome.

Subscription access, price, duration, and included tools are shown during checkout and may vary by plan. Access begins after payment confirmation and may be suspended or ended if the account or subscription is not valid.

Do not share account access, misuse the service, interfere with its operation, or attempt to access another user’s data. Contact the Finance Butler administrator through the channel used for your invitation for account or subscription questions.

6. Intellectual property and availability

Finance Butler’s software, branding, original commentary, and original analytical materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property rights. You may use them for your personal, non-commercial learning within the service. You may not copy, publish, redistribute, or commercially exploit them without written permission. Third-party materials remain subject to their own rights and terms.

The service and its content may change, become unavailable, or be corrected. Finance Butler does not guarantee uninterrupted access or that content will remain available in a particular form.

7. Governing law and related notices

These terms and use of the service are governed by the laws of Singapore. The Privacy Policy and Disclosures form part of the information governing your use of Finance Butler and should be read together with these Terms of Use.
